My process
Step 1
Sleep Assessment
We'll start with a casual, 15-minute conversation to explore your baby’s sleep challenges. During this 1:1 sleep assessment, we’ll discuss what’s working, what’s not, and your sleep goals. It’s your opportunity to share everything, from routines to challenges, so I can fully understand your family’s unique needs and provide the best support.
Step 2
Plan + Strategy
After our call, you’ll complete a questionnaire to provide me with all the important details. Using the insights from both the call and questionnaire, I'll create a customised sleep plan tailored to your baby and family. This plan will include gentle strategies and practical tips, all while fitting seamlessly with your parenting style.
Step 3
Execute + Support
Once we have the sleep plan, I'll support you through the process with 3 weeks of follow-up care. During this time, I'll be here to answer your questions, and adjust the plan as needed. Whether you hit roadblocks or want to celebrate wins, I'm one message away to ensure the plan is a success for both you and your child.
